The Graphics components are the part of your computer that control and enhance how graphics(animation,picture,video 3D)are displayed on your computer screen . Often the graphics components are on  a Separate card that plugs into a slot on the motherboard. Which is the main part of the graphics components are commonly called the graphics card . Sometimes the graphics card components are build directly into the motherboard other common names for graphics components other common name for the graphics components are : Video card, Video Adapter , Display Adapter and Graphics Accelerator

How to work?

A graphics card work along the same principles. The CPU working in conjunction sends information about the image to the graphics card. The graphics card decides how to use the pixels on the screen to create the image. It then sends that information to the monitor through a cable. Creating an image out of binary data is demanding process. To make a 3.0 image the graphics Card first creates a wire frame out of straight lines . Then it restorizes the image it also adds lighting texture and color. For Fast paced games. The computer has to go through this process about sixty times per second the workload much for the computer handles.
